Location and staff were awesome, the restaurant was wonderful. Very unique building, immaculately clean and very good bedroom. Ideally situated in the heart of Hanoi. The beach nearby was secluded and the view was luxurious.

The staff were supporting, awesome food served for breakfast. I had the superior double room which was very specious and uniquely decorated. The service was accommodating, loved it. Prime location, within walking distance of hang gai street.

Location is marvellous and the food is astonishing. We had a suite and it included a private safe, a mini-bar and an iron. The hotel is in the old district.

bed was comfortable, accommodation was large and family-friendly. room was spacious, it had a heating system, a satellite tv and ironing facilities. concierge is the best ever! liked coffee, fresh fruit and eggs for breakfast. besides, free wi-fi in the family suite worked very well.

600 metres away there is madame hien restaurant, where you can dine. Honestly no complains at all. Recommended base for a city trip in Hanoi! Free WiFi was a pleasant addition...
